Currently when a Licence line limit is reached the next call gets back a 486 busy error.
It would be a great if the call could be answered and routed to a Prompt that alerted the user that the licence limit had been reached. At the moment it just looks like the recipient is busy and not that the user has reached any limits. Only the Admin can see the entry in the log if they happen to be looking at it at that time.
This would trigger end users to think about whether they need to purchase an update licence.
