i have specific request.
my customer is call center. which have 150 call queue, 1 for 1 customer. for motivation they need number of call in gateway to see how many call are in waiting list etc..
i don't know where maybe in assistant. today in assistant we can see calls, and it'w easy when we have 1 or 10 call but my customer have 160 call queue... it's impossible, they just want to see number "for exmple 5" call in gateway or sum of wainting call in their call queue.
i hope you understand my request.
