Office Hours should respect Daylight savings time

Hi,

This may be a bug, but we noticed today (first biz day after daylight savings switch last saturday) that the routing logic for incoming calls did not appear to take the daylight savings transition into account.

James,

If you notice in the Custom Parameters tab there are parameters that begin with TIME_DST

Here is where you can configure the start and stop dates of DST, which defaults to dates that are not correct (Perhaps European DST is different dates?)

So it does work, your system just hasnt gotten there yet :) You can edit the dates to take action now.

Thanks .. i have updated..

it would be nice to have a feature that allows this to simply use the info setup for the windows server 3cx is running on!
