We often set incoming calls to go to an extension/ring group/queue and if not answered for x seconds it gets forwarded to a group or queue which the same extension is member of. The customers want something like "first ring my phone and if no answer, ring all phones including mine".
The problem is that the call gets registered as missed as soon as a time out occurs, even if the call gets answered later.
So we would like to have the option to tick "do not show calls as missed when timed out" for each extension/ring group/queue in the system. This would then work as in a ring group where if someone picks up a call, the others don´t get a missed call.
