Option to Terminate a Call

We are from a country where electricity fluctuates a lot. If two persons are talking together and electricity goes down, the two phones will be shown as connected when electricity comes back and will stay like this until 3cx server is restarted. There should be some admin option to terminate a call if it is stuck like this.

I think the answer here is to obtain a UPS and run the 3CX system/phones off that - or a simple restart of the 3CX services should suffice.

It is available in Management console since v6... It is "Disconnect Call" button at the top of pages which show the status of Extensions/Trunks/System extensions.
Not available in free version.

UPS!


I don't think you would want to risk burning out your PC's / Servers with all the power fluctuation going on. Buying a UPS in this case would be the best choice.
