Feature request:
Outbound caller ID has the ability to configure by extension for one field that by default is configured to be the name display for the extension going out over the VoIP line.

With tweaking of the outbound parameters for the VoIP provider this can be re-configured to be used as outgoing number display.

That leaves name display to be configured as "custom field", "display name" and "set name from telephone" among a few others.

It would be great if there were two fields on a per extension basis so that Outgoing caller ID can be configured with Name and Number on a per set basis (e.g. "outboundcallerid1" and "outboundcallerid2".
