Hi,

we would like to create an incoming rule that if some particular call from PSTN comes to 3CX it will be routed to another particular PSTN (outside) number. And the communication should be recorded. Could be this done somehow using the current version of 3CX? Or this really needs a feature request?

You may be able to do this using a rule that routes a call to a virtual extension (i.e. an extension that only exists in 3CX - with no physical phone attached). I've used rules that divert to outside numbers if the virtual extension shows 'not registered' - i.e. all the time.
You could then record the virtual extension ...
