Bonjour,
Il semblerai que les fonctions click to call ou associes ne fonctionne pas avec le réseau keyyo.
Dans mes tests de click to call, je ne peux joindre que des n° Keyyo.
Les N° sur d'autre opérateur (orange,free,ovh)...ne sont pas joingnable avec la même erreur :

Bien sur le même appel en click to call via un compte OVH fonctionne bien.
J'ai transmit le problème au support keyyo qui me confirme l'incompatibilité clicktocall 3cx sur Keyyo.
En fait le problême vient de la machine 192.168.21.62 chez Keyyo.
J'ai longtemps chercher d'ou pouvait bien sortir cette machine.
Lorsque le compte keyyo s'enregistre l'information de "route to 192.168.21.62" est transmit au 3cx.
Vérifié en supervisant l'enregistrement avec wireshark.
Est ce que quelqu'un à un retour d'expérience concernant le clic to call ou utilisation du 3cx assistant avec des comptes keyyo.
