It will be nice if you can have like a global phone book, that you can access via VoIP, or WEB or even can import it to outlook.

Also maybe you can have like an option to import it to some phones like the GXP2000 have the option to import from an XML.

Also it would be great if in your history of calls you can click any phone and add it to phone book with the option for global or just for the person that save it.

Maybe on the Report Log you could see the names of companys and not just the phone numbers, that would be diferrent or special thing that other PBX's Dont offer.

This would be very useful, but I think it would be even better putting that effort into integrating with a CRM package such as salesforce.com so that you can keep the remote customer number database in the one location (Salesforce), but have it feed the CLIP information to the handset from that.

Yes, very useful to have a remote phone book server inside the 3cx platform.
