Plantronics CS50-USB Answer Button Problems

Postby nplummer » Wed Jan 12, 2011 7:15 pm

We have an employee using a Plantronics CS50-USB headset with his 3CX softphone. The headset can be used while in a call, however, the button on the headset will not function for answering or hanging up a call.

We have validated that the softphone can see the device and have checked our settings in the Personocall software. We have also uninstalled and reinstalled the 3CX phone software and rebooted the computer.

Below is a capture of the debug file from the softphone.

We are using Personocall version 2.11.7 with 3CX Phone Ver. 5.0.14900.0

You must be using the BUA-100 for personocall to work (just in case you were using a generic bluetooth adapter)...
