A service where it says "Please enter your telephone number and we will call you back"

Then people who don't like answering machines can just enter there telephone number.
After entering number it should send number to an email

i have done this you can find it on my homepage or if anyone want to test this please give me a call by pressing the link next the callback image and enter you phone number in that form. if you want a call back outside germany please use international format like this ->>> 00442036666 for a number in UK. if you get no call try again later.

That's not want I meant. I should be a service within 3cx. When people call in to 3cx
they should have the possibility to just enter a phone number.

If the CLI works properly, they may not even need to enter their own number - could have the DR recite the indicated phone number back to them.

you are right if the caller send his number and want also to be called back on that number - but if he sends no you have to ask and if he sends a numer and want to be called back at a diferent number he have to enter also - so i thing to avoid much programming and testing he always have to enter the number - better we spend some time to ask him if he want to be called back at a brefered time slot
