Hi,

well every things is on title. exemple we have 150 queue list, exist priority in queue list, but not a priority in all queue list, and if customer arrive in 1 of 150 queue he arrive in 1 posisiton but another call arrive in other queue list, but extension take it etc... and maybe the 1first can take in 100 position because extension answer other calls...
