j'ai ouvert les ports 3cx, 5060 5090 port stun 7000 9000?

et j'ai toujours un blocage.

J'appelle une ligne et je vois que sur le pbx sa met composition et sa raccroche, pourtant l'extension est bien enregistrer.
mais je ne peut téléphoner avec l'extension, j'ai de la tonalité, mais le numéro composé plus de tonalité.

Que faire ?

Peut être peut on commencer par envoyer un log de l'appel, ça permettra d'eclairer la demande.

au vu du log le 100 n'est pas enregistré ! ?

un technicien m'a parlé d'une option à désactivée sur les modems option sip alg.
Connaissez-vous cette fonction?
le technicien m'a dit que cette option rendait la connexion très instable?
Est-ce que le problème du 3cx peut venir de ce souci ?
de plus quand j'utilise le logiciel de téléphone de 3cx, je n'ai aucun souci, tout fonctionne correctement.
Mais quand j'utilise un téléphone sip, ou un boîtier pap2t, rien ne fonctionne, le téléphone ne sonne pas, mais pourtant sur le logiciel 3cx la ligne apparaît disponible en code de couleur vert.

Merci de votre aide que je suis totalement désespéré, le logiciel a dû marcher une seule fois, comment faire, n'hésitez pas à me contacter.

ALG sur votre routeur permet l'optimisation de la communication SIp qui ne fonctionne pas avec Keyyo

Bonsoir,

Quelques petits conseils:

1. Ca sent le probleme de pare-feu. Est-ce que vous etes en train de suivre les instructions suivantes:
Pour une ATA interne (Dans votre propre reseau), specifiez l'adresse IP interne du 3cx et desactivez la fonction STUN. Pour une ATA externe, specifiez l'adresse IP externe et activez la fonction STUN.
3. Je vois une configuration un peu 'brouillon' et l'utilisation des loopback (127.0.0.1).
4. Je vous conseille d'effacer les numeros de telephone et autres adresses IP reelles, juste au cas ou.

Est-ce que vous pouvez coller un schema qui decrit votre installation, juste qu'on puisse voir un peu clair et vous aider?

Ne vous decouragez surtout pas.
