Problema 3CX Gateway for Skype

Estimados, me pueden ayudar? soy nuevo en esto...instale la central 3cx y tengo 2 extensiones que funcionan normalmente en la red interna...Ahora quise instalar el 3xc gateway for skype lo instale y segui las instrucciones del tutorial que encontre aqui en el foro...no puedo lograr que se conecte el gateway o sea ahi tiene un indicador y nunca logro que se ponga en verde cuando hice la configuracion del primer canal me dio satisfactorio al igual cuando agregue la pasarela PSTN pero nose si algun seteo obvie que no se puede conectar el gateway para skype.

Estimados pude solucionar el inconveniente...el problema era que tenia instalada una version antigua de skype 4.0.xxx y recomiendan instaladar la version 4.1.0.179...Baje directamente la ultima version 4.2.xxxxx y pude conectar el gateway for skype...Espero les sirva....SAludos a todos!!!

Hola me llamo Rony de Costa Rica, he tratado una y mil veces de instalar gateway para skype, pero no logro que el servicio quede running se detiene automaticamente, por ello no he logrado creo poder ver los puertos en verde, tienes alguna idea, me urge lograrlo.

ya yo logre configurarlo todo, o al menos eso creo
pero como llamo desde skype a la PBX o desde la PBX a skype
no tengo ni idea de como es esto
le pido disculpas no soy entendido en telefonia

chequea los drivers de audio del equipo que estas utilizando.
