Allego la schermata della mappatura porte del router (l'IP del centralino è 192.168.1.200). Sulla macchina del centralino ho disabilitato il firewall proprio per essere sicuro che non fosse un problema di firewall.

Allego anche il log del server della chiamata dall'esterno.
