Sto effettuando delle prove su un sistema di test. E' così configurato: 2 linee Voip, 1 Gateway Pstn e 5 differenti interni - il piano di numerazione è a due cifre ed il sistema è licenziato.
Tutto sembra funzionare tranne il software MyPhone ed il plug-in di Outlook. Nello specifico se entra una chiamata tramite MyPhone, una volta ricevuta da un interno, la posso correttamente parcheggiare e la posso trasferire ad un altro interno. Se però provo a comporre da MyPhone direttamente un numero esterno o se faccio click su un altro interno la chiamata non ha corso e dal log leggo che viene terminata in quanto Forbidden...
Non riesco proprio a capire quale possa essere la problematica. Potreste aiutarmi... grazie!
