Ciao a tutti,
Ho installato il centralino su un server windows 2008 r2 nel mio ufficio. All'interno dell'ufficio riesco a far funzionare tutti gli interni senza alcun problema.
Il problema si verifica invece con un telefono esterno alla rete (stesso modello di quelli usati all'interno)

Il telefono si registra, riceve le chiamate, ma non sento nulla! La chiamata rimane attiva, ma non sento nulla dal telefono!
Se provo a chiamare invece, mi parte la chiamata ma poi cade subito la linea e mi fa il suono dell'occupato.

Ho anche provato con l'app android e iphone, ma con lo stesso risultato.

Da cosa può dipendere? Permetto che ho aperto tutte le porte sul router, come da manuale:

il range da 9000 a 9010

Il router che utilizzo è quello fornito dalla Telecom, un Gate Plus Wifi 2.

Sicuramente non stai usando un router adatto, ma a prescindere le informazioni che hai dato sono un po poche..
Mandaci l'esito del firewall check e il log del centralino in modalità alta di quando fai e quando ricevi una chiamata col tel esterno.
Il telefono risulta registrato?

Il telefono risulta registrato, ho fatto delle prove e adesso riesco a chiamare correttamente dal telefono esterno, ma non ricevo ancora le chiamate in entrata:
Chiamo da un telefono fisso il numero voip, l'interno "esterno" suona, io rispondo, ma il telefono fisso che sto usando per chiamare squilla ancora, è quindi come se non rispondessi al telefono!

Ok, ho risolto cambiando telefono.

Il telefono che utilizzavo non supportava lo STUN, ho comprato un Linksys SPA921 che lo supporta e funziona alla perfezione!
