Pessoal, boa tarde!

Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver este problema?

Instalei o assistente 3CX, porém todos os ramais aparecem nele como não registrado. Alguem sabe me informar como faço para ativar esses ramais no assistente?

Você deve tomar o cuidado de configurar o IP correto ou o DNS no qual deve encontrar as informações o servidor.
Também conectar com o RAMAL e PIN para identificar o usuário.
