Problème de connexion vers OVH

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un phénomène que je ne m'explique pas:

J'ai un compte SIP auprès d'OVH et un autre auprès de PHONEXT.

Quand je lance 3cx, les deux comptes se connectent sans problème. Après un certain temps (plusieurs heures), le compte OVH se déconnecte et n'arrive plus à se reconnecter. J'ai essayé de rafraichir l'enregistrement mais cela ne change rien. J'ai aussi essayé de stopper tous les services de 3cx et de les redémarrer; même résultat.

le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé actuellement pour résoudre le problème est de redémarrer complètement le PC sur lequel est installé 3cx.

une fois de plus j'ai envi de dire OVH....

arretons avec ce pseudo fournisseur. que des problèmes. Désole je ne répond pas à votre question...

Peux tu voir avec OVH le temps d'enregistrement du compte ?
il faut voir avec le support OVH
tu peux aussi faire une analyse de trame avec wireshark
Mais effectivement OVH n'est pas un opérateur

je constate a mon tour le meme probleme aujourd'hui apres 3 jours d'utilisation sans problème, mais meme le redémarrage du PC ne résout pas le probleme...

Aviez vous pu trouver la raison de votre coté ?
