Probleme ou bug avec le" Groupe d'Appel"

Bonjour, avez vous rencontré ce probleme:
J'ai paramétré un groupe d'appel " Collaborateurs" afin de router les appels entrants sur celui-ci.
Dans la case :
GENERAL
-> Extention =801
-> Nom = Collaborateurs
-> Strategie de sonnerie = Tous ensemble
-> Durée de la sonnerie en seconde = 60

MEMBRES DU GROUPE D'APPEL

J'ai selectionné toutes les extentions qui doivent sonner

DESTINATION SI NON REPONSE


j'ai activé le bouton : Connection au repondeur numérique.

Le probleme est le suivant;
3CX fais bien sonner les postes collaborateurs mais n'attend pas que les 60 secondes se soient écoulées pour activer mon repondeur mais, me demande de composer le numéro du poste apres de composer le code pin!!!!!
Comment faire pour qu'il bascule direction sur la procédure demandée?

Je possede la version free.

Sinon comment reduire le nombre de sonnerie avant que 3CX decroche?

avez vous des règles de transferts sur vos extensions ? 101 102 ou 103 ?

bonjour,

il vous serait possible de supprimer toutes les règles de transferts des extensions, et de faire de nouveau un test, car j'ai l'impression qu'il y a un conflit à ce niveau la.
