PROBLEMES APPELS SORTANTS

Bonjour, je suis du Sénégal j'ai installé récemment 3cx phone system. Les appels internes fonctionnes ainsi que les appels externes via mon fournisseur voip (12voip). J'ai acheté une passerelle linksys PAP2-NA qui me permettra de passer des appels externes via la ligne rtc de notre opérateur téléphonique orange. L'enregistrement de la passerelle avec le serveur 3cx phone system s'est bien passé mais impossible de passer des appels vers l'extérieur via la passerelle. J'ai créé une règle sortante qui passe par la passerelle mais toujours rien. J'ai même changé le ports 5060 en 5065 pour la ligne rtc toujours rien.

afin de mieu idenfier votre problèmes, passez votre server en mode log "verbose" en anglais.

et reposter votre log.

Avez vous essaye de mettre le port sur la passerelle en 5061 et l autre en 5060? Ensuite etes vs sur de la configuration de la pstn sur la passerelle?sa ressemble a ce type de pb

J'ai fait bcp de tests de changement de port mais rien. Pour la configuration de la passerelle au niveau de la PAP2-NA il me semble correcte. Seulement j'ai entendu dire que certaines PAP2-NA sont pré configurées pour l'opérateur PhoneSystems.net. Et puis quand je branche ma ligne PSTN sur la passerelle PAP2 on peut pas me joindre sur cette ligne. le téléphone branché sur cette ligne émet de petits bruits (tic tic tic...). SVP sos ça fait un moment que je suis là dessus.

les pap2t a configurer :s ... jamais facile. il faut la configuration de votre ligne.

ce n'est pas un PAP2t mais cela pourra vous guider.

sinon j'ai envi de vous dire d'acheter une passerelle patton. vous perdrez beaucoup moins de temps et gagnerez en qualité.
