Hola amigos buen dia, estoy teniendo problemas con ma central version 10 free, no puedo llamar a un numero experior por medion de mi proveedor sip.
Por lo que hice una prueba de firewall, el resultado es el siguiente, no se que significa o como lo soluciono en el caso que haya problemas.
Tambien muchas veces los troncales sip se caen y no se registran, no se por que puede ser.
Tengo dos proveedores contratados, digiVOICE y CamundaNet
para ninguno de los dos puedo hacer llamadas, cuando estan registrado e intento hacer llamadas, se caen.

tambien necesitaria una ayudita para poder configurar en la central las reglas de ingreso (eso no lo puedo hacer, no funcionan).

El chek de firewall esta correcto no parece haber problemas, prefiero que subas un log de una llamada.
con respecto alas reglas te recomiendo leer el manual, ahi esta explicado el uso y configuración de los did's

Hola,

el test de firewall no es satisfactorio. El router que estás utilizando no realiza el tipo de NAT correcto.

Si observas, por ejemplo el puerto 5060 que es el estándar para las comunicaciones VoIP dice lo siguiente :

Es decir, el puert0 5060 lo redirecciona pero cambiando el número de puerto. Debería de darte 5060::5060.

SOLUCIÓN : Poner un router que haga el NAT correcto. Hay routers que te permiten poner el puerto de entrada y el de salida. Los Linksys van muy bien con 3CX. Puedes ver el siguiente enlace donde te explica qué router elegir : http://www.3cx.es/blog/como-elegir-router/

Amigos, les escribo nuevamente, como suponia el problema estaba en el router lo saque, instale in modem ADSL, que solo hace de puente.
La conexion la realizo con routing and remote access de windows 2003 server. me puedo conectar correctamente. pero al hacer el test nuevamente me da lo mismo.
Hay que habrir algun puerto en routing and remote access del windows 2003??

Les comento tengo dos conexiones una por cablemodem y la otra por ADSL, ahora la de cable modem esta caida por un problema en el cable. por lo que solo me queda la ADSL. con la conexion por cable, no tenia problemas y podia hacer llamadas a numero fijos por la centralita, pero con esta conexion no puedo.
Pregunto: puede ser que el proveedor de internet por ADSL me esta restringiendo los puertos?? o es solo configuracion de windows 2003 server??

Si tienes firewall de Windows activado has de permitir la aplicación y los puertos de 3CX. Haz una prueba desactivándolo antes de entrar en configuraciones.

En el router lógicamente, también has de abrirlos.
