We have a customer who has 3 analog lines and 2 digital BRI lines. Is any gateway supported from 3CX, which have analog and digital ports on same gateway?

Rather use 2 diferent gateways for the type of lines:
The Patton SN-4554 2-port ISDN/BRI for the ISDN lines
and the AudioCodes MP-114 or Patton SN-4114 for the analogue lines.

I do not think there is any supported gateway that has both ISDN and FXO ports on one device.

I would not recommend the GrandStream GXW-4104. It works and is cheap, but there is still some unresolved issues, like call dropping.
