Hi,

Is it possible to create reports within the 3CX system, reports such as how many calls were answered, how many calls weren't picked up due to phones being 'Busy' etc?

If this isn't a current feature I think it is something vital as a feature request.

Currently this feature has not been implemented. Kindly post a feature request.
