I think it would be really great if you could produce reports on the following:-
Number of calls received on a particular line/group over a period of time.
Number of calls that go to voicemail due to the phone being busy or out of office (So we can evaluate staff numbers)
I think this is a really great feature and something that could be implemented fairly easily, we already have the majority of this within the MyPhone site, but this is per extension, rather than per ring group.
