Salve a tutti!
Premetto che pubblicherò eventuali log domattina, dopo una giornata estenuante da un mio cliente.
Ho un 3cx server v10 sp3 su win7 x86. Come router un netgear associato a Switch Baseline 2226 Plus (ex 3com).
Ho configurato un account messagenet, e fin qui tutto ok. Usando 3cx softphone riesco a ricevere chiamate.

Il problema nasce quando abbiamo implementato dei Grandstream GXP-280 supportati da 3cx.

Create le estensioni, registrate e configurati i telefoni mediante provisioning, che avevano impostazioni di fabbrica e l'ultimo firmware già installato (nuovi).

Risultato il telefono squilla, ma non c'e' audio quando provo a chiamare.

Inoltre chiamando da interno ad interno, squilla ma non c'e' audio (nemmeno il tono di quando si sta chiamando).

Con softphone funziona. Fatto test firewall da consolle win, tutto ok.

Ho provato ad eliminare il netgear che ha un firewall elementare all'interno, sostituendolo con modem-router adsl senza firewall. Il baseline 2226 non l'ho toccato, senza soluzioni proverò a smanacciarci domani.

Cosa può essere? perchè non si sente audio nemmeno tra due interni che però suonano? Io le impostazioni dei suddetti telefoni le ho lasciate così com'erano, inclusi i codecs, come su consiglio della guida (c'e' scritto di non toccare le impostazioni, e se quello è il caso, resettare a impostazioni di fabbrica).

Allora, per chi dovesse riscontrare un problema analogo con i telefoni GrandStream:

Accertatevi che il vostro cliente ( o voi stessi) abbiate inserito lo spinotto della cornetta nella corretta sede: infatti i Grandstream ne hanno 2: uno per l'handset (cornetta), uno per l'headset (cuffia+mic), apparentemente uguali!
6 ore di sputasangue...!!!!!!
