I'd like to ask you to take under consideration adding alternative to STUN NAT traversal method.
I've tested recently RTP proxy called Milkfish (http://www.milkfish.net) with very good results. I had 4 clients behind Linksys router with dd-wrt firmware with milkfish embedded.

Most noticeable benefits was much faster extension registration, all calls between extensions behind proxy are local (doesn't have to go through PBX) so significant bandwidth preservation. I was able to call between extensions even if communication with PBX was lost.

Please consider adding "outbound proxy server” (which would be local RTPproxy address) option in future 3CX versions.
