3CX Community:
I've the configured 3CX Assistant to work with my Salesforce.com account. At this point, I've disabled Outlook integration and enabled Salesforce.com integration, but I am getting a "plug-in status" message from the CRM configuration module that says: "API_DISABLED_FOR_ORG. API is not enabled for this organization or partner". In addition, the contacts module for Salesforce.com is not showing any of the custom 3CX fields as indicated in the 3CX Blog on the subject.
I would like to demo this capbility to a customer this week. What do I need to do to enable the API for PBX Mobility Solutions, LLC.
