Se cae la llamada

Hola a todos.
Tengo problemas con mi centralita. Cuando entra una llamada al contestarla se cae. Cuando se realiza una llamada dice medio no soportado. Que hago por favor?

Antes que nada necesitamos que nos des mas datos, como por ejemplo:
Que version estas usando?
Es free o paga?
que telefono estas utilizando?
La llamada es interna o externa?
es Atravez de un VoIP Provider o un Gateway PSTN?
Que Gateway?
Puede Adjuntarnos una copia del log de la central?

Es una gratis, quiero probarla para adquirir luego una de pago. Utilizo un proveedor SIP llamado comvoz.com.
Tengo instalado la versión 5.0 Utilizo el 3cxIPHONE. El programa recibe la llamada y cuando uno contesta la llamada se cae. De igual modo cuando quiero realizar una llamada dice medio no0 soportado. Probe el did con otro programa y funciona pero con este no.

Proba deshabilitando el soporte de video en el softphone de 3CX, ya que aparentemente tu proveedor de VoIP no soporta ese formato.

Cuando pasan estas cosas, normalmente se debe a codecs que no están soportados en ambos extremos, como por ejemplo el de video. También podría pasarte si tu proveedor de VoIP solo soporta G729 para el audio, ya que la versión gratuita de 3CX no lo soporta, solo está disponible en la versión paga.

Hola... Resulta que yo tengo la version Paga Small bussiness Edition, y ultimamente me hanr eportado de varias extesiones que la llamada se cae.. o por le contrario cuelgan y esta sigue corriendo en el telefono. Nosotros utilizamos lineas SIP y 3cx Phone.... Que podría ser?????
