When tracing an outbound call or checking the status of fax sent / or received, we need to check the Server Activity Log to check the activity for this call. However, if the PBX is active and there are many simultaneous calls, it will be little difficult to trace the call.
I suggest to have a search filter by certain time : from - to, or extension number, external number. The display will show the filtered search results making it much easier to trace..
