Sinus 501V - Konfiguration

Hallo,
ich habe ein sinus 501V VOIP schnurlos an 3 CX angeschlossen. Das Telefon meldet sich an. Ich kann ausgehende Anrufe machen. Eingehende Anrufe werden allerdings garnicht durchgestellt. wenn ich selbst die Nebenstelle anrufe, dann habe ich ein Klingelzeichen, aber keine Reaktion beim Mobilteil. Im Status Log ist auch keine Fehlermeldung oder Abbruch des Anrufes. Irgendjemand ne Ahnung was man da umkonfigurieren muss? Vielen Dank.

wenn ich selbst die Nebenstelle anrufe, dann habe ich ein Klingelzeichen, aber keine Reaktion beim Mobilteil


näher erklären.

Anmeldung und ausgehendes Routing scheinen ja zu funktionieren, nur eingehend geht gar nichts, richtig?

Was wird denn, während des Anrufs in "Nebenstellenstatus" angezeigt, genauer wird die richtige Nebenstelle mit "klingelt" markiert?

es paasiert gar nichts an der Nebenstelle. Also als wenn kein Anruf reinkomt.

Richtig. Freizeichen, klingelt und 3CX zeigt keine Fehlermeldung.

Währende so ein Gespräch klingelt, gehe bitte mal in die 3CX Oberfläche unter "Nebenstellenstatus".
Da müsste dann die Anzueige der Nebenstelle von grün auf gelb wechseln und daneben als Text "Klingelt" stehen.

Ist das auch so?

Nein. Die ausgehende Nebenstelle geht auf Dialling und gelb.
Die angewählte Nebenstelle bleibt grün. Trotzdem klingelzeichen auf der ausgehenden Nebenstelle.

Und wenn Du von der defekten Nebenstelle ein abgehendes Gespräch führst, wird der Status dann korrekt angezeigt (also Nebenstelle gelb, ausgehend usw.) ?

Ja von der defekten Nebenstelle anrufend korrekt,
Nebenstelle geht auf Geld Dialling und angerufene Nebenstelle geht auf Gelb ringing.

OK. Kannst Du bitte die Protokollierung auf "Umfassend" stellen und alle Dienste neu Starten.

62.173.22.42 ist eine öffentliche Adresse. Ist das richtig das der Server öffentlich unter dieser IP im Internet erreichbar ist?

Ja. Der Telefon Server sitz auf einem separaten Rechner der direkt über ein Funk Lan mit dem Provider verbunden ist.
Die Telefone und unsere Softphones sitzen auf einem separaten Netzwerk mit DSL Anbindung und greifen daher extern zu.
