Sipgate Trunk, keine eingehenden Verbindungen

Hallo,

habe derzeit folgendes Problem.

Verwendet wird die 3cx in der Version 9x

ich habe einen Trunking von Sipgate mit einem 10 Rufnummernblock.

ich kann von der Anlage nach aussen telefonieren, versuche ich mich allerdings anzurufen funktioniert dies nicht.

folgende Sipgate Daten stehen zur Verfügung:

Sipgate Trunking

Rufnummernblock 07382-283xxx - 0-9

SIP-ID: 7808xxxt2
SIP-Passwort: 7xxxxY


ich habe den Provider mit dem Sipate Trunk Template configuriert

Sipserver: sipconnect.sipgate.de
Port 5060
Proxy: sipconnect.live.sipgate.de
Port 5060

Externe Nummer:

07382283xxx0

Auth.-ID: 7808xxxt2
Password: 7xxxxY


Unter MSN *1-*9 hinzugefügt.

Rest sind originaleinstellungen.


gehe ich nun her, und nehme irgend einen anderen Sip Provider, oder Sipgate Privatkundentarif geht es ohne Probleme.

an was kann das liegen ?,

Hallo Walter danke für deine Antwort, das war leider ohne erfolg,

ich vermute das ich nicht in der Lage bin den Rufnummernblock einzugeben ;I

also das ist ein 10 er block:

07382-28xxx9 0 bis 9

in dem sip Providereinstellungen unter "allgemein" bei der externennummer trage ich ein:

07382-28xxx9

unter Did/MSN *0-*9

passt das so ?

Ich habe den 10 er Block eben von Sipgate "trunk" zu Sipgate "Team" verschoben,

unter Sipgate team funktioniert alles ohne probleme !?

ich habe mir unter Sipgate einen neuen Trunk zum testen registriert...

es funktioniert ohne Probleme
