Softphone issue

I have 3cx running on a win 7 64 bit pro install. I have set up skype gateway and all seems to be working I can get inbound calls and make outbound calls. I have a mic set up on my PC that I klnow works "I use it with Ventrillo" I can hear the outside called no problem but they cannot hear me. Any ideas what might be wrong. I went into the softphone settings and have tried every one of the recording input devices listed.

Ok figured it out.. UAC was on and did not allow it to create the default account for the Skype Gateway.
