Storing inbound calls

I would like to have a feature where the inbound caller's destination is stored when they dial an extension directly.

For example, if I call 999-555-5555...

The digital receptionist asks me to dial an extension...

I dial (for example) 9999 and then my call is transferred to the intended party.

I would like for the database to store my destination so I can monitor inbound calls that go directly to extensions.
