Problem:
I want my 3 receptionists to be aware of all incoming calls and be able to handle them, but I have users who are in earlier time zones that I want to handle calls before the receptionists arrive. A Call Queue does not allow for an extension to handle more that one call even if ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP is set to one, but Ring Groups do.
Proposed solution:
Allow extensions to join ring group, or fix queues so they can ring extensions even when busy.
If someone knows how to accomplish this currently I would love to hear your solution. Thanks.
