It would be nice to include a time range under "Configure Holidays." Some of our customers will close their offices for half days such as Christmas eve or even on the fly. I know they can change the time under the regular schedule but they would have to remember to go back and change it back before that day roles around again. An alternative to this would be devising a way to manually engage the attendent by calling an extension. They could turn the IVR on and off at will.
