transfer dial code

Postby muaddib32 » Tue Apr 05, 2011 3:49 am

Is there a dial code for transferring calls? I can't see it mentioned in the user manual. I have a user using a cordless handset connected to an ATA. She would like to be able transfer calls.

Some ATA's do have star codes (*xx) to perform tasks such as blind transfer, however, as far as I know they all require a flash first. Most modern cordless phones do include a flash (also called "recall") key. An attended transfer is normally, flash, get dialtone, dial number, announce call, hang up.
