Trunks Report

In a small business environment, the question often arises "do we have enough trunks?" i.e. what percentage of the time do outside callers receive busy signals, or, what percentage of the time are all of our trunks in use?

I think the answer is if you ever get a busy, you dont have enough :lol:

So basically you want a report of

Total calls made / Connected / Rejected due to lack of routes

I am not sure how big of a demand this feature would bring honestly but I suppose it is valid.

The concern is when the external caller gets a busy - there isn't any way for 3CX to detect this. One has to go to his phone service provider, and not all providers can/will provide the information.

If internal users can't get a line, that's good info - but doesn't really tell the full story ;-).

Agreed ... Apart from my customer's business suffering from missed call opportunities, as a business, I also need to see the opportunity to up-sell my customer SIP trunks. Reports showing max. simultaneous calls = available trunk routes, would at least indicate there is a capacity issue.
