v10 Voicemail Issues

v10 Voicemail Issues

I'm having an issue whereby voicemails are not always being saved. Callers have said that they've left messages and sometimes I get them and other times I don't. My setup is as follows:

3CX v10
VMWare ESXi (2 GB, 1 virtual proc.)
Server 2008 R2 x64
Abyss Web Server

Everything else is working great! I just can't pinpoint this problem. Below is a copy of the IVR log which shows errors. I just can't figure out what they mean.

Phone numbers have been xx'd out for privacy...

Any help would be TRULY appreciated...

Hi,

As I understand correctly, you cannot find the recordings of some voicemails and caller complain that they leave voicemail?
Can you please put your PBX in verbose mode and generate Support info and upload it here? There is not enough information in logs that you posted.

Yes, that's correct. I will put the system in verbose mode. Hopefully, I can replicate the problem in a short amount of time and post the results. For whatever reason, I can't seem to make this error happen myself. I can leave messages after messages and things work fine (internally and externally).
