video with 3cxphone remote extension via tunnel

Hello, I am testing the 3cxphone video, and inside my network it works fine. If I use the tunnel from the outside of my network, the video fails. If I use a vpn and then the 3cxphone I can get video as well. What am I missing? Thanks.
