Hi everyone,

I just purchased the 4-line version of 3CX and I'm so glad with it features as well as flexibility with Voip providers & PSTN gateway. However the one of the downsides for this software, it doesn't show you the caller detials upon calling.

for example in samson pbx you can insert a client phone number, address, notes,etc. and upon calling you can view these details.

is there any solution for this issue? Will it be available in version 9?

Hi Hassan,

You could use the outlook integration with the assistant, this will bring you up all the data stored in the outlook database regarding the client that is calling.

this will be beneficial in terms of knowing the details that are needed to know.
