Vitelity

Postby appraisalpro » Thu Feb 09, 2012 9:33 pm

Can anyone help me with setting up Vitelity as a provider.

I have a couple of DIDs and I can not get 3cx to register with either one. I set up sub accounts for each in Vitelity. I am using the provider template for vitelity.

Thanks

What sort of issue, shows up in the 3CX log, when attempting registration?

Check your username and password, don't cut and paste, that has caused problems in the past.

Be sure that you have the IP (Vitelity's) datafilled in the trunk settings, the one they use to send calls (DID's) from.

Did you add your DID to the Source ID's?
