Currently if you want to park a call from your phone you have to select the park number. Instead of selecting the park number, the PBX could select the next parking obit available and announce the parked call. There are some users who aren't that computer literate. And allowing the to just hit a park button instead allows them to easily announce a parked caller to someone instead of just saying the call is parked.
