Our phones are under contract and we cant move them. But our 800 number is with earthlink and they are just awful dealing with them.
We have an enhanced routing set up based on local exchanges, which will route calls to the appropriate store. So I need a carrier than can do that as well.

I'm not really sure who's reputable as far as VoIP providers and who's not, anyone know of any companies that can handle just an 800 number or have plans for just an 800 number?
