Working directory

Postby SWSDEV » Wed May 05, 2010 2:39 am

I remember a thread a while back about getting the working directory. By default if I write a file to a .dll it writes to the inetsrv directory. But the working directory variable that you guys have added is always blank, so how is that supposed to populate?

Hi Shahzad,

That feature has been added in the latest build released (3559), and requires 3CX Phone System version 8.0.10824 to get that variable filled (http://www.3cx.com/blog/vad-change-log/).

Are you running an older 3CX version?

What I did for now to find the working directory, is I first found the system shared application data folder, and then did a scan for the name of the .dll file.

A quick fix for you: unzip the file attached, and replace those files in %ProgramData%\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\ivr
With that new version of the files, you will see the working directory variable with the right value.
