Community Support Engineer

Our online community is growing and in order to support this community on everything 3CX we are looking to hire a Community Support Engineer. We have a global clientele base – our clients speak multiple languages so being multilingual would be considered an important asset so as to spread our support as wide as possible. So if you can solve customers’ problems, analyse issues and come up with the solutions, this would be the ideal job for you.

Skills Required:

  • Native English Speaker
  • Networking
  • Router and Firewall Configuration
  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems (use and configuration)
  • Windows Server Operating Systems (use and configuration)

Qualities which would be considered an asset:

  • Additional languages
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE etc.)
  • Cisco Certifications (CCENT or higher or equivalent)
  • Telecommunications Experience
