3CX, a global leader and major player in the telecommunications sector and the company behind the award-winning 3CX Phone System for Windows, is seeking a full time Office Assistant for our offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Due to strong continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to maintain office operations and to ensure that all administration day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and Coordinating Business Travel including flights, taxis, train tickets, accommodation, cars, events and venues.
- Preparing and analyzing reports related to travelling expenses.
- Perform general office administration duties such as answering and forwarding calls, greeting visitors, monitoring and maintaining office supplies, collecting and mailing correspondence, maintaining office filing, scan and copy documents.
- Perform other job related duties as necessary.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferable in Business Administration field.
- Computer Literate / Knowledge and passion for IT.
- Excellent command of English; both verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work beyond normal business hours in order to address any needs an employee may have in transit.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
- Exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-tasker and problem-solver.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
