3CX is looking for a Networking / IT Specialist who will take charge of the company's technical writing, online training and certification program.

This job involves writing blog posts about the configuration of 3CX Phone System, creation of technical videos on YouTube and updating the support pages and manuals. In addition, the job involves the creation and maintenance of the company's online training program, which includes videos and an online test.

Also, the job involves regular travel to Europe, U.S.A. and Asia to run training events for our worldwide reseller network. This is a senior position that requires good technical know-how of networking and IT, good communication and presentation skills and an excellent command of English.

Financial Controller (Cyprus, Nicosia)

In order to facilitate the expansion of the group, we are looking to hire a Financial Controller that will oversee the groups accounting and operations. The group has operating companies in both Malta and Cyprus and trades globally. The job will entail the overseeing of bookkeeping functions, creating accurate consolidated management accounts, forecasts and budgets for the group. Support & Testing Engineer (Cyprus, Nicosia and Malta)

Can you solve customers' problems: Analyze the issue and come up with the solution? We need you to help 3CX customers worldwide with product issues, by phone, email and via our forums. We also need you to test new 3CX product releases with different network environments and VoIP telecoms equipment. You must have a good knowledge of Windows networking, be fluent in English and quick to learn new technologies (VoIP in particular). Telecommunications experience will be considered an asset.
