Support & Testing Engineer (Malta)Can you solve customers' problems: Analyze the issue and come up with the solution? We need you to help 3CX customers worldwide with product issues, by phone, email and via our forums. We also need you to test new 3CX product releases with different network environments and VOIP telecoms equipment. You must have a good knowledge of Windows networking, be fluent in English and quick to learn new technologies (VOIP in particular). You must also be prepared to work a few evenings a week in order to support our US based customers. Additional remuneration is given for work in the evenings.
