Edition Upgrades

Pricing for edition upgrades apply to the latest version only. If a customer has purchased upgrade insurance, the new version of software must be installed and activated prior to purchasing edition upgrade. Licenses with active Upgrade Insurance and Support contracts will have pro-rate fees applied to these contracts when upgrading from one edition to another. Edition upgrades do not include version upgrades. These need to be acquired separately.

Version upgrades (from the old to the new version), for customers who have not purchased or renewed Upgrade Insurance in time and brings them back onto an Upgrade Insurance track for a year.

Automated recurring annual payments are now available as an option for 3CX products and services that are billed on a recurring basis. Should you select this option, you authorize that your dues be deducted from your selected method of payment when your purchased product or service is expiring. You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for pre-authorized electronic funds transfer or credit card issuer requires for pre-authorized credit card charges. Your request to cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
